International Student Loans In USA

You should always carefully evaluate how much money you will need to study in the USA. Then research and apply for scholarships, financial aid from your school, and find money from any other source, including family funds. After exhausting these avenues, most international students still have a funding gap, and that's where international student loans come in.

International Student Loans are now a very realistic way to
finance your education in the US. Loans are very flexible, and can offer loan amounts high enough to pay for your entire education, but with extended repayment terms and reasonable interest rates, so you can afford the repayment after you graduate.
Here's some basic information you should know about international student loans:
  1. US Co-Signer Required. Since these loans are credit-based, international student loans require a credit-worthy US citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) as a co-signer.
  2. Repayment. Repayment of an international student loan can be deferred while you are in school, and for six months after you finish school. After that, you will have up to 20 years to repay the loan, with a payment due every month. If you choose, you can pay off the loan early with no penalty, saving lots of interest.
  3. Maximum Amount. Typically, you can borrow the full amount of tuition, room and board, fees and living expenses, as calculated for your school, up to an overall maximum amount (typically $30,000 per year; some programs offer up to $50,000 per year).
  4. Interest Rates. Interest rates on international student loans are variable, based on an index (the LIBOR), so your rate and your payment amount will continue to move up and down with the index.
When used responsibly as part of an overall education funding plan, international student loans can help to put a US education within reach, regardless of your financial circumstances. There are two main loan resources dedicated to providing funding for international students and they are International Student Loan and Study Abroad Loans - please visit them for more information.

Kylie Jenner Posts Super Sexy Bikini Pic On Instagram

Wow, let us catch our breath for a second! The youngest Jenner took to Instagram to relive her family trip in Greece by posting a totally hot photo of herself in a sexy, skimpy bikini. Is she showing off too much?

Most people remember their family vacations by looking at pictures of the scenery, the dinners, the candid moments, but the Kardashians are not most people. The youngest of the horde, Kylie Jenner, got nostalgic in another, racier way when she posted a picture of herself in a tantalizing bikini on May 25.

Kylie Jenner Poses For Sexy Bikini Selfie

In the pic, Kylie is sporting a skimpy bikini bottom with cut-out sides that show sneak-peeks of the very top of her long legs. On top Kylie opted for a frilly, white number that of course showed off her taut stomach. “Missing you, Greece xx,” Kylie wrote for the sexy photo’s caption.
You can tell Kylie knew she looked good just by the way she’s standing — her hips thrust back to accentuate her curves to the ultimate degree.

Kylie Jenner: Is She Too Young For Pics This Sexy?

Besides the fact that Kylie definitely went home from vacation with some super weird tan lines, the photo makes us cringe a little bit for one other reason — Kylie is only 15 years old!
While we want to applaud Kylie for looking great (because let’s be honest, she does), the church lady in us still wants to scold her and tell her to put on some clothes.
Kylie obviously takes after her sister, Kendall, and her Kardashian half-sisters, who have never shied away from posting a provocative bikini pic from time to time. Kim pretty much did it on a daily basis before getting pregnant.
But the sisters are all way older than Kylie — and they came into the public eye after the had hit 18, whereas Kylie has had cameras on her since she was a child. It’s probably easy for her — and us — to forget that she’s just a teenager.
There’s nothing wrong with showing off — she’s in great shape and she should be proud of that — but she might not want to go spicing up Instagram like she’s Rihanna just yet.

Worst things to buy at Trader Joe's

There are plenty of reasons to like Trader Joe's: helpful employees in Hawaiian shirts, a no-questions-asked return policy, unusual items such as cookie butter and rosemary marcona almonds, and -- best of all -- low prices.
However, not everything is a good deal at Trader Joe's. We compared its regular prices on a variety of items with the regular (non-sale) prices of similar items at Harris Teeter, Kroger, Walmart and Whole Foods.

While we found that it's tough to beat Trader Joe's everyday prices, there are a few things that are better bargains at other stores.
Take a look at the items you can get for less elsewhere -- and in some cases we're talking dollars less, not just pennies. For each one, we've suggested related items you might want to purchase instead at Trader Joe's because the regular prices are better than you'll find on competitors' shelves.

Almond Butter
An alternative to peanut butter, almond butter is one of Trader Joe's most popular items but it isn't one of the chain's best deals. We found that Walmart was selling the Maranatha brand of almond butter for about $1.40 less than a jar of Trader Joe's almond butter.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: organic peanut butter. If you stick with good ol' peanut butter, the organic variety is a good buy at Trader Joe's. The price on a 16-ounce jar at Trader Joe's was the same or lower than the prices on organic peanut butter at the other stores we checked.

Organic Milk
Milk is a regular item on most grocery lists, and the organic variety in particular can be a big expense for big families. Whole Foods beat Trader Joe's price on a gallon of organic milk by a whopping $2.30.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: almond and soy milks. If you want an alternative to cow's milk, Trader Joe's has low prices on its almond and soy milks. At $2.99 for a half-gallon carton, the price on both almond milk and soy milk was about the same or lower than at the other stores we checked.

Conventional Fruits and Vegetables
With the exception of bananas, we found that Walmart beat Trader Joe's prices on a variety of non-organic fruits and vegetables including avocados, grapes and strawberries.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: organic fruits and vegetables. If you shop at Trader Joe's, there's a good chance that you're picky about what you consume. So if you prefer organic fruits and vegetables, know that you're getting a lower price on them at Trader Joe's than at most other stores.

Shredded Mozzarella
Whole Foods has the lower price on a 16-ounce package of mozzarella -- $3.99 versus $4.49 at Trader Joe's. Other conventional cheeses also were more expensive at Trader Joe's. For example, a 12-ounce package of sliced provolone cost 61 cents more at Trader Joe's than at Walmart.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: specialty cheeses. If you like imported and artisan cheeses, you can find a good selection at low prices at Trader Joe's. We compared two common varieties: French brie and goat cheese. We found that brie was between 50 cents and $4 cheaper per pound at Trader Joe's that at competitors; a 4-ounce package of goat cheese was at least $2 less.

Organic Chicken
When it comes to organic chicken, both Kroger and Walmart beat Trader Joe's price per pound on breasts. The savings was 50 cents per pound on organic chicken breasts at Kroger but a more substantial $2 per pound at Walmart.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: organic ground beef. At $5.99 per pound, Trader Joe's organic ground beef is $1 less per pound than its organic chicken breasts and between 50 cents and $2 less per pound than organic ground beef at the other stores we checked.

Greek Yogurt
The popularity of Greek yogurt has exploded in recent years, all the more reason to be thrifty when shopping for the protein-rich snack. A 32-ounce container of Greek Gods brand yogurt was almost 70 cents less at Whole Foods than the Trader Joe's brand.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: organic plain yogurt. Trader Joe's price on a 32-ounce container bests other retailers' regular prices by at least 50 cents.

Frozen Fruit
Trader Joe's sells small packages of frozen fruit. So you'll pay nearly three times as much per ounce at Trader Joe's than if you buy a 64-ounce package of strawberries, blueberries or other frozen fruit at Walmart.
What to buy instead at Trader Joe's: frozen meals. Although frozen fruits aren't the best deal at Trader Joe's, the chain's frozen meals are a bargain for those who don't have the time or talent to cook from scratch. For example, the price on its individual serving of pesto tortellini beat the prices other stores had on Amy's brand pesto tortellini by 50 cents. And Trader Joe's paneer palak -- an Indian dish with spinach and cheese -- was about $2 less than the Amy's brand version sold at the other stores we checked.

4 Moves That Can Lower Your Credit Score

1. Charging a Big Balance to a Store Card
You're tempted to buy thousands of dollars' worth of furniture or appliances and charge it all to a store credit card that doesn't require payments for six months or even a year—and sometimes longer. But debt that sits untouched could drag down your score, especially if the balance is near the card's limit, says John Ulzheimer, president of consumer education at SmartCredit.com.
That's because your credit-utilization ratio—the amount of
debt you have relative to your credit limits—is calculated for balances on individual cards as well as overall. In addition, store cards tend to charge steep rates, so if you don't pay the balance before the interest-free period is over, you will rack up big charges.

2. Trashing a Parking Ticket
Parking and speeding tickets, library fines, and other dues to the government left unpaid won't go directly to your credit report. But if they are eventually reported to a collection agency, they could damage your score. That goes for anything that could go to collections, such as unpaid rent and medical bills. And even if you pay up, collections will appear on your report for seven years.

3. Stuffing Your Wallet With Cards
If you've had a handful of cards for years, they won't hurt your score. But if you open several new accounts in a short period, your score is likely to take a hit, and you may not benefit immediately from expanded credit limits.

4. Transferring a Balance to a New Card
The inquiry on your report from the new lender may shave a few points from your score, but the real problem is what you do with the old account. If you close it, your overall credit limit could go down, and your credit-utilization ratio will increase if you have debt on any remaining cards. Your best bet: Leave the old account open but keep a zero balance.

Systems glitch causes lines at Target stores

A glitch in its customer checkout systems caused delays and long lines at some Target stores across the country Sunday night, the company said.
The Minnesota-based company issued a brief statement after social media lit up with reports Sunday evening of big backups and closed cash registers in the checkout lines at various Target retail stores.

"Target has identified an issue impacting checkout at some of our U.S. stores,'' spokeswoman Molly Snider said in an email. "The glitch is causing delays
at some checkouts, but is not in any way related to a security issue.''
"We apologize to anyone impacted, and we are working with guests in stores where the issue has not yet been resolved to accommodate their needs,'' she said.
Long lines and the inability to pay for their purchases saw an outcry on social media, with customers in at least five different states and in New York City complaining that debit card payments weren't working at the check out lines.
Blake McCoy tweeted: "Developing -- hearing reports that @Target''s payment systems are down nationwide. Huge lines."
A call made to two Target locations in the northern Virginia area showed no problems at those stores, but many others were tweeting complaints and photos of the long lines at stores elsewhere.
KSTP TV station in Minneapolis posted a story Sunday night, with many examples of the tweet complaints. And WBAY TV station in Green Bay, Wisc., tweeted a photo and several more examples of the outages in that area.
